Saturday, 21 November 2026At lunchtime, it's time to put on your apron! Discover the secrets of game cooking with chef Mario Parnitzke in a game cooking class, followed by a light lunch.
The highlight follows in the evening: a festive 5-course menu featuring everything the forest has to offer – perfectly accompanied by corresponding top wines from the Migsich winery, personally moderated and presented.
